Mr. Morley is recognized world-wide as an expert in the detection and prevention of money laundering and in the design and installation of anti-money laundering compliance systems for financial institutions.

Mr. Morley graduated with honors in accounting and finance from the University of Maryland in 1965. After two years with a large CPA firm he joined the Internal Revenue Service where he served two years as a Revenue Agent and thirteen years as a Special Agent. During this period, Mr. Morley designed courses, trained Special Agents, was a supervisor, and was the National Office liaison to the Treasury Department's first international money laundering project.

In 1981, Mr. Morley became the Chief Investigator of the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, where he conducted investigations into a wide range of criminal activities. His extensive probe into the use of offshore banks and companies to launder money was recognized in the early 1980s, as the seminal work in this field.

Mr. Morley entered private practice in 1985. He has since written and produced 16 video training programs on the subject of financial investigations and money laundering for financial institutions and government law enforcement agencies, including INTERPOL, the CIA, the DEA, the U.S. Customs Service, and the U.S. Secret Service. His Dirty Money training videos quickly became the industry standard for training financial institutions and law enforcement personnel in the Bank Secrecy Act and the intricacies of money laundering.

Mr. Morley has been an advisor on the subject of money laundering to senior Latin American and Eastern European government and private sector officials and has briefed law enforcement officials from around the world, on behalf of the U.S. Government. His criminal defense practice has included participating in defending a number of the largest money laundering cases brought against corporations and financial institutions, including the BCCI case, Polar Cap, Casablanca, and White Dollar.

Mr. Morley has frequently appeared on television, and has written a number of articles and training manuals on the subjects of financial investigations and money laundering. He has reviewed, designed, written, and implemented anti-money laundering compliance programs for a number of U.S. and foreign institutions. These have included multi-national banks, private banks, community banks, casas de cambio, funds transmitters, and non-financial corporations. He currently instructs the Florida International Bankers certification course for senior BSA compliance officers.
